Boobs, Butts, Puppets & Princesses

It took a while before I was introduced to events in Second Life. I remember hearing about the
Arcade in December last year, and how it was impossible to get it.
Honestly, the whole thing seemed silly to me. The image of a mob waiting outside a store, waiting for the doors to open crossed my mind.
But here I am.. I'm one of you. XD

We've got two events and a special princess to talk about today.

Boobs, Butts and Beyond is a charity event for those who wishes to help the fight against
breast cancer. Each designer will create at least one item where either 100 or 50 percent of the  sale goes to "Breast Cancer Action" and after little over a week, 100k have already been donated.
Our amazing Glo from *Bubblefish* has joined in and created a lot of stunning clothes for this event,one of them being this cute pink bikini. 
And, as with everything at the BBB event, it's applier friendly, so if you've got some Lola's or Azz's on that avi of yours, this is the bikini for you.
You've still got until the end of month to get your various bodyparts there :) 

Another event I'd recommend you stop by, is the Funny Puppet Fair. 
Take a stroll around this colourful little town and shop your heart out. I know I did.
Out of all the stuff I got there, my new little green friend is probably my favourite. He'll follow you around, sit on your head, cuddle up in your arms or sit quietly on a shelf if you want him to. It's
all up to you, and there are of course a lot more colours than green to choose from.

And last, but certainly not least.. Our Princess.
Mama Toast has given us her newest, 100 percent original mesh creation in the form of a princess wand.
I mean.. how cute is that on a scale from "Swing!" to "Aaaaaye"?
I absolutely love it.
If you're unlike me, and are able to chose easily, then there are 4 duo packs available for 100L each.
However, if you resemble me in any way.. then you'll want to go for the fatpack.
250L and you'll get a HUD that lets you change the colour of everything, making sure you have
a wand that is special to you.

If Ten Million Fireflies Lit Up the World as I Fell Asleep..

I felt very lucky, finally being able to get into the Fantasy Gatcha Carnival, and I'm sure it'll surprise those who know me that I was very well behaved.

Normally, having me around gatcha machines is a distaster waiting to happen. Lindens flying around everywhere. There is no stopping me really.

This time, I took my time.. thought about what I wanted to add to the blog, and gathered inspiration.

It started with the Fireflies pose. As soon as I saw that, I knew what direction I wanted to take, and went for items to compliment it. 

Now.. if I could just add the same level of selfcontrol when it comes to the Marketplace, then I'd save a whole lot of money.

Nothing Tastes as good as Cute Feels

Have you ever had someone ask you, "If you could travel to any point in time, where would you go?"
And in that case, what would your answer be?

I can tell you mine.
There is no doubt in my mind that I'd go see an actual 50's diner. Not the fancy remakes we see 
in this day and age, but to actually go back to the Fifties and see if it's as awesome as it looks.

So when I went to this round at Collabor88, I was beyond thrilled. VINTAGE.EVERWHERE!
I knew I wanted to make a blog post with some of these items, but what ended up happening,
was a complete transformation of my kitchen.
They say home is where the heart is.. but the kitchen is where the bacon's at, so that's where'll

Feeling Toasty Warm & Munching Cotton Candy

Yes, that's right.. I did a cross-eye picture. Simply because I needed a picture
that could properly describe the bubblyness that I'm feeling lately.

I applied to join the bloggers group of Buttery Toast, one of the most
adorable shops on this side of Mississippi.. I mean.. Oh nevermind,  you get it. ^^
And I'm happy to announce that I've been accepted and is now a member of the

You’re Gonna Hear Me Roar

So, might as well admit that the blog today is inspired by Katy Perry.
As is the case with all artists, sometimes they make something awesome and then they
make up the weirdest stuff (Avril Lavigne, you know what you did).

But in the end, even the most confusing song will get stuck on your mind and you'll
end up singing it in the shower.. on the bus.. while you're cooking. Over and over
until you can sing "Roar" no more without wanting to throw up.

I haven't reached that point yet. I'll still sing "Cause you're gonna heeeeear me roar"
out loud at any chance I get.

Inventory Jumble

Trying to organize your inventory is a little bit like trying to find your favourite
thong, when all you've done is throw your clothes into a huge pile.. Impossible, that's what
it is.

I remember when I joined SL and thought, "keeping track of what I've got will be easy, cause there won't be that much to organize in the first place."
Perhaps I should have listened to those wise people telling me that I might as well
prepare myself for inventory hell.
If you guys are watching.. You win ;)

inventory is a hot mess.
Whew.. I feel better already ^^

A few things have changed since the last post.
I have once again thrown my old shape aside and replaced it. This time with one of
the lovely Juicy shapes. My old skin have been switched with one from Pink Fuel,
and I dug out my all-time favourite jeans from Alyce.
With their 150 changeable textures, you can go from party to classy with a single
click on the HUD.

Also, I just have to give a shout-out to Lawrence D. Price for making me aware of the
flip flops by Elemiah. After I finally bought the flat Slink feet, I've been on the hunt
for something like these.
I'm throwing many thanks his way, and can only encourage people to stop by his blog.
If not for shopping inspiration, then certainly for the photo skills. You're bound
